*No Word of Honor*
It started Wednesday when i send an sms offering my w810i complete if to swap with his u700 if he's willing and he replied: Yes willing ako
So i immediately set a meet-up at Market Market 1:30pm and he answered ok. As it nears 1:30pm i sms him informing i'm already near but he answered he will as his wife to meet me instead since he can't make it on time.
So i met his wife and as we're check the units, we can't seem to power-up the U700 and his wife together with her brother .... left us and look for an outlet to charge it. But after while, her brother came and said i charges but won't power-up, might be fully drained.
So i borrow the phone and plug it in the nearest outlet and i let his wife see that it charges but how come it won't turn on. his wife suggested to have it charged at home and re-schedule the next day for meet up and we agreed to meet again on the same place but 11am the next day.
Thursday no sms from this guy until afternoon informing me that he had it checked and the technician said battery is busted and if i'm willing to buy myself another battery and i "AGREED" and asked him to reserved the unit for me and he replied that "he will" reserved it for me and he agrees to swap battery at my expense.
Friday comes i texted him morning and he sets the meet-up 6pm. Since i'd be at qc area, he sms me to meet at Trinoma instead. I mentioned if we can still meet at Market Market since i don't think Trinoma area have bazaars selling classA batteries then he didn't reply anymore.
Saturday morning i texted again asking on how's our meet-up will be for several times and he never replied until around 7:30pm telling me that: "hindi na ako sure kung swap ko pa kasi may nag-offer ng mas mataas ng model at may kapareho ko na nag-offer ng w810i+1k
I replied asking what should i do? do i have to add cash? will i add 1k but he shoulder the battery? And at least he should have the courtesy of setting me as priority since we have an agreement which he said I declined to get the phone on my meet with his wife and never have a 2nd deal
Read through the story above, "we have an agreed transaction" it's his wife who have the dignity of saying we meet the next day and she'll charge it first to see baka sobrang drained and of course, how can i get the unit if it won't turn-on during inspection. 2nd, he agreed to the swap as long as i shoulder the cost of the battery. 3rd, he did not stick to the AGREEMENT.
Gave you the benefit of the doubt but turns out you've proven what you are. A man without who can't "Honor his Word"
